At The Way Foundation, we are committed to serving underprivileged youth, homeless teens, single-parent households and recovering addicts by providing financial & spiritual support, counseling, and resources.
Non-emergency crisis intervention & family services

We address immediate needs through direct outreach. The purpose of this phase is to intervene quickly during moments of crisis by providing relief right where people are. The Way Bus will travel to neighborhoods, shelters, and underserved areas to meet families and individuals face-to-face. Those seeking help can approach the bus directly or connect with us through our outreach team, where they’ll receive immediate resources, encouragement, and direction to longer-term services.

MENTORSHIP & COUNSELING

We provide ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) BST (Basic Skills Training) counseling services to both individuals and families, thoughtfully designed to support healthier behavioral patterns and sustainable daily routines. While these methods are grounded in evidence-based practices with a strong scientific foundation, our approach extends far beyond clinical application. We intentionally create a personalized, one-on-one experience for each client—one that is rooted in patience, compassion, and genuine connection—allowing us to not only address behavioral goals, but also build trust, confidence, and long-term growth.

Guidance & A Helping Hand

At The Way Foundation, we believe real change starts with genuine connection. Unlike many organizations where leadership feels distant, our founder, Moses, is deeply involved in the day-to-day work of serving the community. He isn’t just sitting behind a desk—he’s walking the streets, riding The Way Bus, and listening firsthand to the struggles of those we serve. This level of accessibility makes The Way Foundation unique: people know they have a direct line to the heart of the mission. Those seeking help can reach out and be assured they’ll be heard, cared for, and guided by leadership that is present and personal.
